Group architecture trip to London - the magazine

 

We decided to take a group trip to London to visit the magazine which was a building designed by Zaha Hadid. We choice this building specifically as it has really similar features to the JS Bach Chamber hall which is the building we have choice to study and base our ideas and designs off of. But this a permanent structure unlike the one we studied.
We took the tube from Waterloo to South Kensington and walked through hype park to get to the building which was really beautiful. When arriving to building we took some initial photos of the outside, then we moved inside to have a drink and draw the inside of the building which was beautiful and had some stunning, and very structural shapes from the shape of the roof to the supports holding it up. We spent about an hour drawing the inside then we moved outside and had our lunch on the grass and drawing the outside and taking more photos.
